Project Injustice Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advocating for wrongfully convicted minorities and addressing broader systemic injustices in the American legal system. We are committed to uncovering the truth, supporting exoneration efforts, and providing critical legal and social resources to those affected by wrongful convictions. By offering comprehensive services including legal consultation, financial assistance, restorative justice programs, and preventative education we aim to restore hope and dignity to those who have been failed by the justice system.

Project Injustice Inc. is on a mission to prove the innocence of wrongfully convicted minorities and challenge systemic injustices on behalf of those failed by the legal system. Through advocacy, legal support, community resources, and preventative education, we seek to restore justice, rebuild lives, and drive long-term reform in criminal justice policies affecting marginalized communities.

It is our vision to connect with community partnerships with local churches, schools, and advocacy organizations and use social media campaigns, digital storytelling to highlight client success stories and host public speaking engagements and awareness events to draw attention to injustices.​

Core Values and Services

Case Review & Legal Assistance

  • Accept submissions from inmates, families, or advocates.

  • Partner with legal teams and private investigators to assess evidence of innocence.

  • Support in drafting motions, appeals, and clemency petitions.

  • Access to board-certified attorneys for consultations and guidance.

Financial Support

  • Provide limited grants for commissary, phone calls, and legal document fees.

  • Emergency support for families of the wrongfully convicted.

Restorative Justice & Preventative Education

  • Offer restorative justice courses to inmates and returning citizens.

  • Facilitate workshops and mentorship programs for at-risk youth and first-time offenders.

Community Service/ Counseling

  • Mental health and trauma counseling for returning citizens.

  • Life skills training, employment readiness, and housing assistance referrals.
